As a board member in startups, scaleups, and smaller companies, I can play a key role in guiding and supporting the business through various stages of growth and development.

With certification from the Swedish Academy of Board Directors (Styrelseakademien) following the course “The Right Focus in Board Work,” along with several years of hands-on board experience, I am well-equipped to contribute strategic insight and sound decision-making that supports long-term success.

This role involves actively participating in the development of the company’s long-term goals, ensuring proper governance, and acting as a bridge between owners, management, and other stakeholders.

With a focus on optimising operations, ensuring sustainable growth, and creating value, I serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker.

My background as a board member also gives me a unique ability to view the business from a holistic perspective, identify risks and opportunities, and help build a strong board structure that enhances the company’s market position.
